Cette semaine j’ai commandé les macarons que je vendrai au YES Art Expo. J’espère qu’ils arriveront à temps.
This week I ordered the pins that I will be selling at the YES ART Expo. I hope that I will receive them on time!

Juste un petit mot pour vous annoncer que je serai à l’exposition annuelle de YES qui aura lieu au Centre des Sciences de Montréal le 3 et 4 juin prochain. J’y vendrai des macarons, cartes de souhait, cahiers et quelques originaux. Il y aura aussi plusieurs artistes de différentes disciplines présents à cet évenement!

I just wanted to let you know that I will take part in the 2012 YES Art Expo that will be held at the Montreal Science Center next June 3rd and 4th. I will be selling pins, greeting cards, notebooks and original artwork. There will also be many artists from different fields who will be attending the event as well!
Lyric Waltzes
J’ai récemment réalisé une illustration pour la couverture du livre de partitions musicales “Lyric Waltzes” traduit par Hiroko Yasuda, publié chez l’éditeur Japonais Zen-On. Le livre contient les compositions de la pianiste Glenda Austin originaire de Joplin au Missouri.
Le livre viens tout juste de paraître et il est disponible pour achat sur le site web de la maison d’édition. Je suis très excitée de voir une de mes créations sur un site en japonais et j’espère que cela se reproduira encore dans le futur! Je devrais bientôt recevoir une version imprimée! Je posterai une photo.

I recently designed an illustration for the cover of the partition book “Lyric Waltzes” translated by Hiroko Yasuda, published by Zen-On Japan. The book contains the compositions of renowned pianist Glenda Austin from Joplin Missouri.
The book just came out and it’s available on the publisher’s website. I must say that I’m very excited to see one of my works on a Japanese website and I hope that this will happen again in the future! I will soon receive the printed version so I will post a photo as soon as I get it.

Un peu de changement | A little bit of change
Jusqu’à maintenant, je me suis servie de ce blogue principalement pour partager mes croquis. Après réflexion, je me suis dit que ce serait probablement plus intéressant de parler plus en détail de mon travail d’illustratrice, de mes projets et de mes inspirations tout en continuant de poster des croquis! Comme cela j’espère vous en apprendre plus sur ma démarche artistique et peut-être inspirer d’autres artistes!

So far, I’ve only been using this Tumblr to share some of my sketches. I did a bit of thinking and I decided that it would be interesting if I talked about my work as an illustrator, my projects and my inspirations and also continue to share sketches. This way, I hope that you will be able to learn more about my artistic process and maybe inspire more artists!
